Prophetess Jennifer Kilpatrick-Williams is the eldest daughter of Herbert and Dorothy Kilpatrick; born in Boston, Massachusetts. She is the wife of Pastor Donald E. Williams, and the mother of two amazing children Xavier Thrower and Resheena Kilpatrick.

She graduated high school in Mannheim, Germany in 1990, and later attended Columbus Technical Institute to become a Licensed Cosmetologist, and have been licensed approximately twenty years.

Upon her moving to Goldsboro, North Carolina she soon took employment in the Wayne County Public School, and several years later started attending Wayne Community College for different educational advancements; not long after she received a degree in Business Administration among other educational accomplishments. She is a young lady that does not mind furthering her education and has a lot of wisdom and knowledge in different walks of life.

She is the Co-Pastor of Restoration & Deliverance Apostolic Ministry, Inc. in Goldsboro, North Carolina. She is a Prophetess, preacher, teacher, Praise & Worship leader, and President of the Women of Purpose Ministry. Prophetess Williams also operate in the gifts of the Spirits; which is the gifts of healing, the word of knowledge, word of wisdom, and discerning of spirits. Her passion in ministry is centered on encouraging single mothers and working with young adults; teaching them that single mothers can be strong in the Lord, and can raise their children in a home where there is no father figure. She also stands firm knowing if you according to Psalms 27:14 “Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord”. She also stands assured that according to Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. These are the Key elements she stands on-that praying, fasting, and standing on the Word of God are Key principle to receiving the things God has in store for his people.

In 2016 God opened the door for Prophetess Williams to establish her own healthcare business in Goldsboro, NC.

To conclude, her ministry was birth under the leadership of Apostle Willie M. and Apostle Dorothy Jett from Hinesville, Georgia. Under their leadership is where she received the gift of the Holy Ghost in Mannheim, Germany. While in Germany at Sullivan Apostolic Ministry she was the Assistant Youth Secretary, the Assistant Choir Director, a member of the Women of Sion, and a faithful member. And it stands today she still serves on the Women of Sion Auxiliary and serves as the Second Vice President and Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Secretary to the East Coast District of the Last Days Full Gospel Apostolic Ministry, Inc
